博彦科技 创建于 1995 年 4 月。作为一家年轻的高新技术企业，我们汉化过 MS-DOS 6.21 软件，开发过输入法、文字处理系统、汉字系统（启明星）、多媒体教学系统等多种软件产品。
1995 年，我们汉化了微软（Microsoft）的战略性产品 Windows 95。之后，我们开始和更多的客户合作，帮助他们汉化了大量软件，其中包括 Windows NT 4.0、Windows 98、IE 系列、SAP R/3 等。
1997 年 4 月，我们开始涉足电子出版物领域。很快推出了“电脑学校”系
